I think it's a pretty good setup. I don't use any backups - if something really bad happens I just use it as opportunity to install fresh OS (and it happens ~once a year). I only backup my most important files manually on pendrives/google cloud.

Not bad, although I would not be running with SpyBot, there are plenty
of other suitable solutions out there.
I would use zemana or HMP for On demand.

I like your config, the only thing that I would change is the on-demand scanner maybe use zemana or malwarebytes.

Great config
Just add HTTPS EVerywhere and maybe LastPass for your Chrome.

and I prefer Zemana AntiMalware for on-demand scanner over Spybot - Search & Destroy.

Agree with the other suggestions especially replacing SpyBot with a better alternative for an on demand scanner(s).

Fine configuration out there.

Well Spybot Search and Destroy is not a bad product however ineffective even incorporate the BD signatures; remember that it may use older version thus the performance will differ.

Unlike Hitman Pro and Zemana AM where such a good alternative scanner.
