Chrome Adware

A while ago my browser started so become painfully slow and I ran several scans. The only program that detects anything is Adware cleaner but it always reverts back to the same 16 threads detected.
I've tried resting and tried a different browser but same results. It becomes so slow I almost can't scroll down.

Try to remove any unknown extension from Chrome.

Hi, I removed all the extensions except the ublocker and used the Adware Cleaner. An hour later and it's slow again and detecting the start_up urls it did before. So far no Search Provider have appeared but I'll give it a bit more time to see.

After a bit more browsing the adware is all back even without the extensions.
