Is it happening only in Chrome?

I am not sure. I'm only using chrome at the moment

Been using Microsoft Edge (old internet explorer) during the day and there's no problem with that at all.

Can you reinstall Chrome then?

I have done that already, also done a wipe of all settings on it

Where are they happening and how? Did you try to install ad blocker?
