Advice Request Chrome: Token signing public key?

Hello,
This morning, when connecting to a professional site that requires a certificate and a password, I fortuitously discovered a certificate that I did not know and which is registered in chrome; its name is "Token signing public key".
Is it dangerous ?
How can I delete it ?

That certificate is normally used in ADFS (Active Directory), comes with Windows.
