This is my prediction about Comodo 2026.

User expectation:

User actual experience:

Imagine... ESET riders steering COMODO wheels—the ultimate cybersecurity road trip! 😊
Installing, configuring, using, maintaining Comodo is like astronaut training.

9+ g centrifuges, flat spins, 2,000 km to 0 km within 5 m, stratosphere HALO jumps,... lots and lots of jostling.

This is difficult.

And then, there is the really hard part - Comodo developers (they are a myth) watching Comodo beta testers.

I think COMODO and MD are only for advanced users who know what they are doing, which is why amateurs are jealous. 😎
MD default settings and SAC are easier than any other AV, only ASR rules (when trying to get through GP editor) and WDAC (through wizard) are not easy; can be solved using WHHL (a couple of toggles, much more easier than most AV settings, especially ESET and K settings).

From a security perspective, the default MD settings are sufficient, and any changes will be at the expense of resources, which is why some users say that MD is heavy on their systems.

True for WDAC (only for RAM, not CPU); regarding SAC, no increased use of resources.
