No. Comodo has no officially stated or written "No Bug Fix" policy. It does however have a standard software publishing industry EULA that states what every other publisher states in their EULA: "This software is provided 'As Is." There is no warranty or guaranteed fitness of purpose. Anyone that installs and uses this software do so at their own risk." The software owner has demonstrated over the years that they are not interested in making the product a fully developed, refined one. It is a free product with $0 revenue. There are no funds available to support development and maintenance of the product. That money comes directly from Melih's own personal pocket and he is not willing to spend any more money to fix bugs. If you are starving and you come to me and ask me for food, you will take what I give you - which if I am only willing to give you fruit of which some are rotten - you either accept it and eat it or you do not. Complaining that I only offered partially rotten fruit will not help you. Complaining about Comodo and @cruelsister will change nothing. Actually, this is how Melih is... the more that people complain about a zero-cost $0 software that he pays for out of his own pocket, the more determined he is to not to fix things. That is his right as the product owner.
