Comodo firewall incompatible with Trustport AV

Does anyone know, if the "application inspector" of Trustport is a HIPS or alike? It seems, if I want to run cfw with Trustport AV, I have to turn the Application Inspector off under windows 7. Funnily under win 8 everything seems to run smooth.

From what i see it seems to be a simple HIPS.

It could be a HIPS so in any case only one of the them between Comodo or Trustport must on.

Or if exceptions does not worked, you must standalone an one product.
