Advice Request Comodo Internet Security HIPS

I recently installed CIS with HIPS ON-safe mode. When I open the section of blocked apps, contain two blocked apps from HIPS, (Iobit Driver Booster and Windows Explorer.exe).My question is why I didn't saw any alert from HIPS and why I can still open Iobit Driver Booster even though it is blocked from HIPS.I mean, this is happening because both are legitimate or a HIPS bug?

To me, the HIPS is not worth the shot unless in Paranoid Mode.

You need to look in the log to see the details on the block.
Very often it is because a certain program process was reading memory of a Comodo process, so it was blocked, due to Comodo self-protection.
Memory blocks of this type are very common, and they do not affect functionality. You just have to get used to ignoring them, or else turn off HIPS to save your sanity.
In AppGuard, too, you get a lot of memory blocks that you just need to ignore.
Same with Excubit MemProtect.
That's just the way software works.
