Not in any order.

Align all text and buttons in the same place.
Use one "installer-like" window for the whole process.
[Back / Next]
Add a back button.
[<- Back]
Provide a larger security software vendors list.
Provide links to security vendors.

Option to Auto-detect PC hardware (if possible).

Export to .txt on last window [Back / Finish / Export ]

This seems like it will become great, However I would like it that you asked the community here on suggestions with what security products, firewalls, etc to show the user after he has completed the steps. Perhaps make some polls and ask us, Then which ever product gets the most votes, Include that product as the recommendation at the end.

If the suggestions at the end are all by you and your choice, You are bound to come across a member or two who would suggest otherwise with what the ConfigGenerator recommends the user to use based on choices chosen.

:)

You didn't set the "Next" button to hide the form when you select "Beginner". And what purpose does the Processor pose?

Update: Me.Hide on the last form will not close the program. I would recommend the End command on the button on the last form.
