Correct VirusTotal Uploader?

There are two websites that seem to claim ownership of the VirusTotal Uploader. Which one is more legit and safer to use?

This one: https://www.virustotal.com/en/documentation/desktop-applications/
it says it is the official one, it offers the VirusTotal Uploader 2.2 version

or

This one: https://www.phrozensoft.com/processdl_24.ps
by Phrozen VirusTotal Uploader which has an awesome drag and drop tool

It's a bit confusing in the Google search results.

They're different applications, both are good to use. Phrozensoft was the author of DarkComet backdoor, but it's not developed anymore.

As Malware1 said they are both good but the first one is harder for using and second one is more easy to use
