Did my very best to turn it off. Went through all the settings. Could not find the disable button. I was able to do the following: Phishing protection disabled. Firewall protection disabled. Personal information protection disabled. Turn off alerts. Couldn't ignore McAfee's previous alert. So I restarted. Downloaded fixlist. Moved onto desktop, next to FRST. Ran Fix. I attached log file. Downloaded & moved ComboFix to desktop and ran even though it alerted McAfee still enabled. Completed successfully without McAfee alerts. I attached the log file. Thank you so much for helping. Take your time. The computer is lagging so reply is delayed.
