Creating ISO's from CD/DVD in Windows 8.

You can create a bootable dvd using windows usb/dvd tool but to create and iso image you need 3rd party software such as Magic iso or Daemon Tools Lite

I use InfraRecorder to create ISO images.

- Available for 32-bit & 64-bit
- Installer or Portable downloads
 
Windows 8 has native support for burning ISO images.

Insert a blank CD/DVD, Right-click the ISO file you want to burn and select "Burn disk image"

I think the Unknown wants to create an iso image
 
So does Windows 7 [LINK], but the topic is about Creating ISOs from a CD/DVD. Seems to be easily confused. :lolz:
