I'll admit I ain't one for brains and hardware so I ask the people here who are.
I'm curious to know is my fan speed normal?

My GPU details: http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/11/11/19/3ax.png

Fan speed shown here: http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/11/11/19/e5d.png

Do you need any additional information? I have no custom hardware, All stock.

There is no noise at all from the fan, It's very quiet.

Completely normal. Also there is no sense in wondering about your fan speeds cause its out of your control. Also keep in mind that what you see is also a little higher then what it actually is.

On most systems your fan speed is controlled by sensors in your motherboard chipset.

As your system gets hot, the fan speed increases, your system gets cooler the fan speeds will decrease. The fan speed itself is usually not important, it is your system temperature that is important. If you system starts getting hot or running too cool, then that can indicate a problem with the sensors, the fans or vents blocked with particles like dust or hair.

Thanks.:D

On most latest graphic cards of what I have seen is that they have smart cooling system, and what Littlebits said that sensors detect if your graphic cards are hot so they put the speed of the fan up when needed.

Me knowing head to toe on the hardware side of things, your fan is fine :)

If its louder than usual, try dusting and cleaning it, you can download MSI Afterburner to OC and adjust fan speeds to suit your noise satisfaction and temperature satisfaction :)

btw, yes yes i'm still alive ahha
