I use Shadow Defender to test new software, or run / open files (and more) that I'm not sure are safe (even if none of my real-time protection / on-demand Malware scanners detect dangerous stuff)

Solid config. However, I'm not so sure that Zemana AntiMalware AND MalwareBytes premium are necessary. If they're compatible, good, especially considering you paid for them. It may make more sense though to pick one, and just use the other as an on-demand.
As mentioned by @Noxx, ZAM Premium and MBAM Premium conflict. Turn off real-time protection on one of them. In my opinion, you are better off with ZAM real-time enabled. MBAE is also unnecessary, KTS has anti-exploit protection.

Don't forget to go into MBAM Advanced Settings and untick "Start MBAM with Windows", "Enable Malware Protection...", and "Enable Malicious Website Protection...".
ThanksGreat config @DardiM I have nothing to add here. Congrats and thanks for sharing!
Yes I plan to update to Kaspersy Total Security 2017Hi, do you plan to upgrade KIS into 2017 patch b? I think it fixed most important bugs with windows 10 already
Yes , ZAM in real-time : good remark, I will investigateGreat config. Well-rounded security. Thanks for sharing.
One thing: ZAM real-time protection? Don't think that is necessary, might even conflict with kaspersky.
