You should enable Login password and Smartscreen. Using an Adblocker will prevent ad-based exploits/malicious redirections

Fine configuration, likely you need to turn on those enhancement from the built OS for your safety and the ratings is based on the criteria provide by staffs.

uBlock Origin on my browsers is enough for my surfing habits, and IE is blocked by FW all day. I know it is matter of criteria but I'm on the safe side so far for many years that I don't bother, I was just updating my security config thread heh.
