None will give you any real benefit for website load speed. It will even add some ms when it's checking the site for those sites that don't use any of the served content.
About the security benefit they mentioned i consider the scenario highly unlikely.

Basing from the image, I think it does help speed up website loading, even for a little bit. The requests for CDN are blocked to serve offline resources. So, instead of waiting for the online CDN resources to be downloaded, Decentraleyes gives you the offline ones immediately. Of course, the benefits are usually marginal and are dependent on the sites visited. :)

Also, it has the benefit of saving at little bit of bandwidth every time you visit a site full of CDN resources requests. :)

I timed it and i gave you the info i saw. Websites that use a cdn supported load about the same time and websites that don't use one often load with a 100-150ms delay. Sure it's might not be something crazy but I simply don't see the benefit.
You can do the same test. Install this extension and a load website timer. Your mileage may vary.

I have a very low ping with google hosted stuff, almost nothing, so i can measure the small changes. I assume if your ping is high this extension might help shave off a few ms.
