delta search removal

I just got another Delta pop-up in the right corner of my screen. This means it is not in the browser yet but still somewhere on my system. It is reading through the list of software i have installed and saying I should update this software and that software to avoid system crashes and security threats. See attached image capture of the malware box that is popping up. I removed all instances i could find manually. I am waiting for the MS Scan to finish to see if it picks up the delta malware. if not i will try to use the removal tools out here as long as they do not just focus on the browser.

after removing all the browser instances and uninstalls and registry entries, the only thing i have left is the pop up box (attached screen shot) that is trying to get me to click to update the program it has chosen to try and get me to click on the box any way. You cannot close the box with the 'x' in the top right corner either, because, it is a false box with no controls. a click anywhere on the box will start the infection all over.

anyone know where this box is coming from on the computer?
BTW. i do not see a way to make a signature on this board even though the post options include 'add signature'.

STEP 1: Run a scan with AdwCleaner

<ol><li>Download AdwCleaner from the below link.

<li>Click on <>Scan</> button, and once the scan will complete, click on the <>Clean</> button.</li>
<li>Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.</li>
<li>Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.</li>

STEP 2: Run a scan with Junkware Removal Tool

1. Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop from the following link:
   JUNKWARE REMOVAL TOOL DOWNLOAD LINK (This link will automatically download Junkware Removal Tool on your computer)
2. Double-click to run the tool. For Windows Vista or 7 users, right-click the file and select Run as Administrator
3. The tool will open and start scanning your system
4. Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications
5. On completion, a log (JRT.txt) will be saved to your desktop and will automatically open
6. Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next reply

STEP 3: Run a scan with ESET Online Scanner
