Hi, I'm looking for some help to remove a rather troublesome malware issue. It started fairly recently and the details are provided in my answers to the questions stipulated. Oh and yes, I did check if it was a router issue, it's definitely just linked to my laptop. Strangely enough, it has also affected my iPhone 4, but only when my laptop is also connected to the same network, a result of the two being linked I suppose. Clearing up the problem on my phone seems to just be simply disconnecting the phone from the wireless network my infected laptop is on, get onto another wireless network or just use mobile data, and finally clearing all internet history, cookies and cache from the phone. Without this last step though, the symptoms still persist on my phone despite it being on a whole new connection. Hope to get some help with this issue as it's not something I want to put off till too late to get fixed. Anyway, thanks in advance!
