I ran a full scan with Windows Defender and found nothing. Looked at Comcast Norton Security Suite again and poked around a bit. Under section security, manage firewall, program rules, custom internet access, I found COM Surrogate. So, I blocked COM Surrogate. Almost immediately, my Task Manager went from 100% to 5%. Is this what is causing the problem? Although this says 64 and not 32. Or is this vital to run my computer? Still have dllhost.exe *32 COM Surrogate shown in Windows Task Manager, but only one instance now instead of multiple C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dllhost.exe Still cannot download FARBAR tool.
