Advice Request Do I need to use ARP protection on a public WIFI while I'm connected to a VPN?

Should I use a software like this:

If I'm connected to VPN? Or is it redundant?

In other words, will connecting to VPN protect me against network attacks, such as the arp spoofing/arp poisoning?

A good VPN will protect you against MITM attacks. And you don't need ARP Guard.

In places/cases where you cannot use a VPN then the ARP Guard will come in handy
