Do Kaspersky and Ikarus use the same signatures?

I have noticed very similar signatures being used by Kaspersky and Ikarus since a long time ago and thought about asking about it here. As you can see in the attachment below, the signatures or detection names of the two engines are very similar. I searched about this on the web but couldn't find anything. Does anybody know whether one shares the engines or signatures with the other?

maybe a partnership, it is known that some vendors share their samples.

Ikarus is not listed on Kaspersky's partner list- http://usa.kaspersky.com/oem/partners

I know they don't use the same engine but it is possible that Ikarus could buy signatures from Kaspersky and still not be a partner.

Thanks.:D
