I'd rather use AdGuard DNS for system-wide blocking maybe even along with StevenBlack's HOSTS file. ESET has some of the best L7 filtering, it would be such a waste to disable it for an adblocker.
Adguard is prepared for AV Certificates and will work just fine, it only had issues with Kaspersky in the past that were quickly solved by both companies.
The first nightly build of Adguard 7.0 conflicted with ESET but it's being worked on... If you're using stable 6.4 there are no conflicts or need to disable https either on Adguard or ESET.
