Advice Request Does anyone know if there is any difference between Ocster Backup PRO and Ashampoo Backup PRO 10?

I received a notice informing me that Ocster has been acquired by Ashampoo and the simple procedure that I perform to validate the licenses.
Now, I do not know is whether it is the same product with a different name or Ashampoo team has made some improvement.
Anyone know anything about this?

Alternatives : PC-welt backup easy , backup4all ( freeware for files ~ fbackup) these programs are good and lightweight.
