Auslogic AV 2013 VS Bidefender AV 2013- Software Interface​

I really wonder why two different brand antivirus have almost same user interface. Look at yourself below and compare.

Is both are same company? What's your comment?

FYI, Auslogics AV uses the Bitdefender engine.

Auslogic have partnered with Bitdefender, so they have the right (or may require a special-right) to re-brand the Bitdefender product for their; Auslogics Antivirus software.

It's fairly common, see Zemana Anti-Malware and HitmanPro, Malwarebytes also allows some partners to re-brand their product GUI.

I've seen this before, it's sad that companies have to copy. Some people might of actually thought Auslogic Antivirus 2013 could of been Bitdefener. :-/

thanks Earth for making it clear, but i still wonder how can people buy the product just changing the rapper name. Bitdefender is excellent AV. In fact ranked number one many times. So why not Auslogic and other make their own product with own GUI add some extra features. So that people have a choice to buy some thing new.

One more thing using same AV engine is one thing but having same GUI is another its confuse users . Its fairly common in real world to use same parts into different product but the have their own feature and functions and different look. Like In vehicles .

Would the users trust a company that imitates other products?? i wonder...Atleast in case of an emergency i can get 60 day trial for hitmanpro(hitman+ zemana antimalware)
