What version of ESET are you running? Internet Security or Premium?
Consider adding an on demand scanner(s) as your real time protection is not an on demand scanner.
Might consider implemented a system backup solution other than Windows built in.

Add HTTPS Everywhere.

Add ZAM Free and MalwareBytes.

Add CCleaner Free.

Add Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper.
