I'm not sure what you are asking but please do not post live links to suspicious or possibly malicious sites, we don't want our members or guests to get an infection. I removed the live link where others still can view it at their own risks.

The link was blocked by Avast and Windows Defender on Win8.

I'm not sure if this is an infected site but there is really no reason for me to visit it. According to the info from Microsoft this is an exploit using Javascript which may already be patched by using the latest updated browsers and applying the latest Windows Updates.
