This is my security config now. I would like to have some tips and recommendations

Simple but effective config, KIS provides its firewall, have you disabled it and do you use Windows firewall?
OS updates on manual, so periodically you should check for updates.

I am not sure why you would not use KIS Firewall and opt for Windows Firewall? If this is wrong please edit your config accordingly.
Consider an additional on demand scanner(s) such as Zemana Antimalware and or Emsisoft Emergency Kit.
I would suggest some type of Ad Blocker such as Adgaurd or uBlock origin.

Why you need to put on Manual? Security updates will help you fix certain issues on the OS.
