Yes, I had a fully paid up version of EaseUs and when I went to restore my system all I got was a message saying EaseUs Todo is not running. I contacted support and I got absolutely no support from them. Money wasted for sure.

It seems Easeus lost a valuable customer here. You drove heaitation and fear into my heart. I will create another backup using Ashampoo not to regret.

Could you please post the link of the official free version. When I searched their website I was directed to the home edition which is for $69 which is relatively high.
