Looks like these guys were quicker with the only solution ever needed for some :
Edge Blocker V1.0

I think MSMG toolkit covers that as well... Just create your own iso with it and remove quite a few win 10 features from it.
The tool itself is quite nice since there is many options in there to do other stuff as well except from removing features,,,
