As far as you don't indulge into unsafe browsing and keep away from USB drives, Windows defender is ok.
Any further, you should have a better real-time scanner.
Zemana's great.
You certainly have a cool collection of extensions for FF.
Why not add Bitdefender QuickScan, and Bitdefender TrafficLight to the browser?

Classic combination: Windows Defender + Ublock Origin with Malware filters turned on = good and decent protection already.

You may Avira Browser Protection on your case.

I suggest you to add SandBoxie Free (and use it while browsing to have more protection), and MalwareBytes.
