I would recommend you remove SAS, as its performance isn't good enough to use anymore. Just MBAM is enough, or if you want something else then go for Emsisoft Emergency Kit.

Maybe add some backup software like Aomei Backupper or Macrium Reflect both have a good free version. ;) Thanks for sharing. :)

Since you are downloading samples I'm highly suggest to test on a isolated environment like Virtual Machine or use another computer cause its a dangerous test and real time protection may failed.

For backup, such a built in from Windows or third party program like Macrium Reflect, AOIMEI Backup or others for conducting system image, store them on External HDD/USB.

I would consider some type of backup
I would drop SAS and stick with the other 3 on demand scanners
Consider uBlock & HTTPS Everywhere in Chrome
