When your pc has a problem you can restore it you know just like if you had make a ghost and you want to get your pc as its first day.

I've told about the impossibilty to restore your computer with Eset on it. In my opinion it's a joke. Can someone confirm?

Technically it is not a joke, although the wording might refer to something very different.
When a system reset is performed "restoring" it back to it's original factory state, all applications including Antivirus programs, browsers, & extensions are deleted. This is different from when an Antivirus performs repairs or isolates malware and infections in an attempt at restoration to a system's previous state.
