You need to press Enter aftering entering the Captcha.

Most of the times, clicking the button does not work.

Work Fine for me... After fill step 4, I'm not use Mouse cursor to click step 5... Please try to use keyboatd "TAB" to change selection... and press Enter.

You're right on one of the PCs I could not get a license unless with the IE, but the other had no problems with Chrome and I have the same system. Do not know why ... but for those who fail to take license may try with other browsers :huh:
