ESET nod32 antivirus 8

I am using NOD32 Antivirus 8
If any of you could give me your opinion, with regard to when the antivirus detects multiple
threats get a window saying it failed to remove automaticamentes several threats, and provides
several options as to manually delete; Now what I do not understand why the virus does this,
can eliminate threats and quarantine. By doing this operation it is quite annoying to the user
having to resolve this type of situation.
ESET think will have to solve this problem in future versions.

Can you elaborate your opinion?

You can configure ESET to always delete everything without ANY user intervention. ESET will only alert you (requesting user intervention) if he can't clean system files that are infected.

There are instances that Quarantine/Clean per default option failed due to numerous conditions/special cases:

1) Infected file/folder is hidden
2) Locked in memory
and many more

Deleting a file will be your final resort option however if its an FP then the action cannot be undone.
