You have to copy&paste the EULA/ToS/PP into the program, it'll flag up common phrases and provide a rating. That's it. The rest is up to you.

It's still a work in progress, but you find this more useful.

The built-in copy/paste funtion only seams to work when you're about to install a software and is presented with the EULA.

This product has been out for many years. The official forum is over at Wilders. and upnorth, you are correct about installing but sometimes they post the info on their web site which you can copy and paste also. It also works on Windows 10 because I use it.
I see they have a Pro version and it seems to work in real time.

To be honest, if you are seriously looking for a special mechanism/feature and a soft provides it; you won't care much of the EULA, you will just use it...
