Well, it seems it did not work for me since it only gave me 30 days. Maybe they run out of 6 months subscriptions since they were limited to 300 hundred (if not mistaken). Anyway it gave me a few extra days of my current F-Secure subscription. I'll try once again later this week!

For old emails (used):
Go to My F-Secure
Log in our account.
Go to “Your F-Secure account” → Other settings → I want to permanently delete my account → click to delete my account → Delete account? (Delete)
Wait a few minutes.
After you finish you can access the promotion with the old email.
