Facebook, Google, Twitter, and AOL will start working together to fight “bad ads.” The companies formed an alliance today to combat ads delivering malware, scams, or counterfeit products. Is it just me, or do the words "trust" and "advertising" look funny in the same sentence? ;)

It should also be about the number of ads. Too many ads are bad, no matter how "great" they are.
