It is compatible with Windows 8.1 as they said, in fact when you clone your partition that partition "may" have become bootable if you optioned it. But I haven't find a way to create a good old bootable cd or usb of the program from where you can actually restore your pc in case of disaster. Maybe you can do it with that bootable partition that's created.

My solution is Macrium Reflect PE Edition build in Hirens Boot CD in case of disaster, of course there are some other good FREE alternatives
