Hi this my 2019 config. I surf with general common sense(not opening suspicious e-mails and webpages so no or once a year a malware like issue comes.

I backup system image on a daily basis after work, so feel less need to backup individual files/folders.

It's not. OP must have changed the fields after the status was changed to Complete. Check the timestamps.

2/4 layers are covered:

• Realtime & other: MBAM, VDS
• Backup: none
• Firewall: Default
• Web browser: Adguard

My advice:

• Add Emsisoft Browser Security to Chrome
• Add Netcraft to Chrome to deal with XSS attempts and Phishing pages
• Consider Tinywall or Malwarebytes Windows Firewall Control to compliment the default WF
• Maybe you don't need two Uninstallation programs, I don't know
• Consider Syshardener for OS hardening and additional Firewall rules for WF
