Could you please tell me, in the place of username & passward what will i enter my site login or my internet provider username & passward ?Many times download manegers like Speedbit ask me to enter username & passward,But the question is which username & passward ?

This is a program that allows you to upload files to your website. So it would be an FTP account that you have setup in your cPanel that your hosting provider gave you.
