This has actually been discussed a few times in the
Software Discussions/Internet Browers section. The same conclusion arrives from each discussion, they are all good browser's, it really depends on your needs and uses!

Firefox has become overly bloated and with a weekly revision change making it quite annoying. Even with the Firemin app it still takes way too much ram and extremely slow to boot up. My last gripe, why don't they make a 64 bit browser yet? They're at version 13 and still can't come out with 64 bit and just recently added flash sandbox.

Chrome auto-flash update and sandbox control wins in my book.

If only we could decrease some of Chromes ram so to speak...
By opening such topic, it will in the end boil down to user preference to what they do and what plugins etc they use.

Been already discussed on another topic as wolf said.

Pointless creating a new topic where people who was previously involved on the post won't reply, new users will just repeat the same old pattern: A is better than B because its been out for awhile, or C is the worse because it has had many exploits in the past (IE), blah blah blah.

Vicious cycle.

It all depends on how the user likes them. As I saw in Earths config, he doesn't use Firefox because it keeps screwing up on him, so that's a reason why he doesn't use it. I have always stuck to Firefox, gave Chrome ago and was not that fond of it, so that is why I have stuck to Firefox.

It's all up to personal preference.

I prefer Pale Moon 64-bit.

I don't use Google Chrome. I use Comodo Dragon, Srware Iron. When it comes to Comodo Dragon and Srware Iron I prefer Comodo Dragon.

Pale Moon and Firefox UX are my favorite internet browsers.

IE I use rarely...

Firefox for me. I have Chrome installed and use it from time to time but Firefox has always been my favorite browser.

Mozilla based browsers in general are pretty much the same atleast on my machine, slow to boot and slow response time vs. chromium based browsers, very fast and more secure...I use dragon and iron.

and the endless war still continues :p

perhaps I should say my choices. I actually have all 3 installed and use all 3 for different reasons.

The only things that make me keeping FF style browser are the better made addons and a full glass theme that Chrome doesn't have.
