You should keep Bitdefender Total Security & Voodoo Shield Free, both offering enough protection, this means that OSArmor is redundant and furthermore it will be soon no longer a free to use software, instead using VoodooShield that's free. Your AV (BTS) need to be paid, so why paying for another software

Browser guard does add more protection levels on top of Malwarebytes Premium. Most notably it includes adblocking, Tech Support Scam protection, and suspicious activity protection.
