Hello @boakoms , before doing the following fix please post here your Fixlog.txt. Now, please delete the old fixlist.txt file and download and save this new fixlist.txt file attached in this post in the same folder you have FRST tool, open FRST as administrator and click on Fix. After the fix a new Fixlog.txt should be generated, please send it to me. Thank you.
