Sometime in April, I had a bunch of Delta Search related viruses attack my computer. Fiery walked me through it, and everything seems to work okay, but while I was going through my webcam files, I found a thumbnail of a girl in a bikini. I know for a fact that I did not take this picture, and that I never downloaded or saved anything like it, so I didn't open it. It is outside of all the folders, and it's dated some time in February.

Is it okay if I just delete it, or would that cause problems? Is it just a harmless leftover from the viruses, or does its existence mean that my computer could still be infected?

As far as I see it you can just delete it.

I believe you should just be able to delete it, but it's always a good idea just to run a precautionary scan with a program like Malwarebytes, in case of any remnants that remain.

Leftovers which are harmless like Jpeg, png or other broken extension are safely to delete it.

Or to make it safe, use CCleaner and add from custom list for erasure.
