I've been running HitmanPro.Alert "trial expired" (aka Free) and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Free concurrently for about six weeks with no issues on a Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit system.
That would include a bunch of HMP.A3 RC versions to today's 188 GA; MBAE 1.0.5 and 1.06.
The combined protections, mitigations from MBAE and Safe Browsing & Risk Reduction from HMP.A, present a significant bang at no cost for the supported applications (i.e. Firefox, IE).
I'm just reporting my success within this scenario and unless I have something to add (unlikely), I won't revisit this thread or reply.
