Just like IObit's other software, it doesn't do anything malicious. IObit and iTop are closely related.

Guess what it's a feature you already have Download The Latest Official GeForce Drivers you can see it says Automatic Driver Updates but I think windows can auto update them too at least it does so for Intel



What exactly can this program do that doesn't happen by default that would increase fps

Windows Update usually don't have the latest driver updates. It performs some tweaks which could potentially help on low end hardware. I'm not recommending it, but based on my testing of it over the years, it is safe to use. I think it's important to differentiate between apps that could be harmful and ones that are safe to use, even if they aren't really needed.

On my system it gave lastest updates anyway Nvidia has an auto updater in their driver so by default it's updated
And if upgrading gpu driver is the best the software can offer well that says a lot and ther es no positive about this software

It does more than just updating drivers. I just used it as an example of what it can do. But to get back to video drivers, as I mentioned, Windows often does not have the latest drivers and as well as that, Intel doesn't provide a tool to update GPU drivers. They do have their Intel Driver & Support Assistant. But in my experience, it does a bad job of finding new drivers. Once again, I'm not recommending this software, but at least anyone can try the free version before deciding if they want to pay to use the pro version.
