The video contains several demos of what old viruses used to look like.

The "bad guys" evolved.....from harmless viruses in the past to the really nasty malware in todays. world.......
I don't even want do think how the malware will look and be in the future...

Malware today is not created for fun, but for profit. It can either be a stealthy piece of malware, that converts your PC into a zombie computer that is part of a large botnet the author can use to DDOS sites or sell, it can either be a ransomware that demands payment or a fake AV etc. The idea is that there are large amounts of money involved and I assume that this "industry" will continue to grow.
