This is my home desktop setup. What do you think?

Config looks good, basics all covered. I would not however recommend using a registry cleaner. I would also change the title of your configuration so it is easier to find for you, something along the lines of "FYA-1 Config".

Nothing to add, just take precautions when using multiple registry cleaners.

It is very good to make system image backups. use macrium reflect or aomei. If you have a system image, then whatever goes wrong, you can fix it with a couple clicks. You just restore your entire system to an earlier state.

Nice config. Simple & effective. Maybe add some more on-demand scanners like ZAM, EEK, HitmanPro, etc.
For password manager you can use Kaspersky as you are using it for backups.

Just ad a second on demand scanner : zemana or emsisoft emergency kit and replace adblock plus with ublock origin. The rest is fine , only use ccleaners registry cleaner : it is Fairly safe to use ( always backup the errors it finds ) Wise registry cleaner is too agressive for my taste. The rest looks good! I suggest you to replace AdBlock with uBlock Origin, Install HTTPS Everywhere, Disconnect.
