So here is my Setup (i borrowed the looks from King Mellow page),
overall the things that were changed were adding OneDrive/GitHub to safe some of my important college docs,as well as configuring ESET to notify me whenever app tries to modify startup as well as some other tweaks.

Thanks for sharing your config! It looks nice. :)

I have two complaints, the major one being the UAC. You definitely should turn it on, at least to the Default level.
Secondly, you could look for a backup solution. Even though you don't get infected that often, it's better safe than sorry. :)

You must have a backup and recovery software to play smartly rather then land into a undesirable awful situation. Rest, looks pretty decent.

Personally i would recommend turning the UAC on, as it is an essential part of your systems security, as i find common sense will only get you so far with unknowns. Back up as suggested for your system i find essential as well, there is always that rare case of hardware failure that catches one off guard and without system back, one might be in trouble.

All of the configuration are well detailed!

As mentioned by others UAC is not harmful to your system and we need to remove the misconception due to user interaction type. ;)

Backup like having External HDD is better than nothing. ;)

Well i would back up in an external HDD if i had the money to buy one.But for the time being that's not in my options.
Also i know UAC is not harmful and i leave it in computers which i clean from malware. But for me it's too much bother as i don't
run that many programs and the ones i do i usually do research about them or they are well know programs.

UAC is very important. With it disabled malware will have full run of your system, even if you are quick enough to catch an infection, the damage will be done, as there will be nothing to help hinder the malware from having full admin rights to make changes to your system. This being said, i still recommend you to enable it.

Well like i said i don't think UAC is bad it's just bother for me.I only visit a few sites and if i visit new sites i have js disabeld with NoScript. As far as installations go i install new stuff rarely(only when i need some development software) and like i said when i do i make sure it's from the offical site and that the product is well known first.
I have been runing without UAC for over 4 years and got 0 infections on my PC.Meanwhile i had couple of PCs where i set UAC/AV/Firewall to max and they still got infected coz of bad habbits :(.
And lastly as it's said in my config i got ESET hips telling me whenever change on system is being made so that's out of the question ;)
