At the moment, the only second opinion scanner I would trust would be Hitman Pro. All the rest have not convinced me that they would detect anything more than an established AV vendor would..

If it has gone through to be detected, it is possibly too late anyway. In case of infection I would nuke my system and reinstall an older system image backup..

I would consider ZAM Free as a secondary opinion scanner, as I don't with your thesis based off on demand scanners, but like with everything in IT, it's alls one opinion and disagreements/agreement always happen in a civil manner.

Complete overhaul.
Uninstalled Trend Micro & SysHardener and replaced them with Hard Configurator.
Using recommended settings + Configure Defender on High settings.
Also installed Bitwarden.

Sometimes less is more. I'm a big fan of KISS in computing.
Love HC, I would donate in an instant if Andy had a donation system.
A few whitelistings here and there and my rig is working like a charm.
